 The Finest Pedigree
Read the     Open letter   from the BP Groups Chief Customer Officer, James Dodkins

The Certified Process Professional® (CPP) qualification has a long and distinguished pedigree.

The first class was in 1995 and the content has evolved dramatically with the latest practical learning and case studies involving Business Process Management.

In 2006 the BPGroup introduced the advanced Certified Process Professional Master® (CPP-Master) qualification. The BP Group has worked with more than 1,850 organizations qualifying 100,000+ professionals across 116 countries since 2006.

Utilising the very latest best practice the program includes eight levels taking the participants from a fundamental understanding of process and customer experience through to the CPP-Champion qualification. Delivered across the world by proven (been there at every level) trainers led by   Steve Towers, the founder of the first global   BPM community  in 1992, this program will transform your thinking and practice of process and customer experience management.

CPP®'s are able to achieve immediate and sustainable change within the organisation through service improvement, cost reduction and revenue growth.

The Uniqueness of the CPP Qualification

The BP Group (not for profit established in 1992) is an international body with its headquarters in the United Kingdom. It offers the Certified Process Professional® qualification through its Associates and partner network.

The CPPQ is a staged qualification based on a program of learning, networking and application, which fulfil the BP Group’s mission to improve performance in enterprises and businesses throughout the world.

In exercising its ability to award the Certified Process Professional® qualification, the BP Group does not recognise any other qualifications in lieu of the Certificate and Master assessments, nor the delivery of any programmes leading to examination, unless these are licensed under agreement with the BPGroup and its partners.

The Certified Process Professional® (CPP) and CPP Master® qualifications are delivered globally in more than 124 countries with 1700+ organisations since 2006.

In the last five years more than 130,000 people have qualified as CPP's through the Open programme.

An Open letter to all those interested from
James Dodkins, BP Group Chief Customer Officer

Firstly, thank you very much for your interest it's a pleasure to hear from you.

We have a wide range of open programmes all over the globe you can see when and where at www.bpgroup.org  the open classes take attendees from understanding to mastery. It's a pragmatic, hands on and involved workshop. Attendees will start to change the way they think about process forever within hours and how process can be dramatically improved, all together removed, and how an innovation culture is naturally fostered when all process is aligned towards the Successful Customer Outcome.

For an idea of price the open programme is usually $2,950.00 per head for the 4 day Master Certification. We offer heavy discounts for group bookings and prices vary slightly depending on the location.

As the class is hands on, and we deem this to be essential for best results we currently don't offer an online version. I hope that this isn't too disappointing.

In-House classes are a very popular way to get a team/organisation on board...and fast. These classes carry the same information as the opens however we tailor the workshop to the organisation and the challenges faced so that attendees are applying the principals to the business they are in from the get-go (saving time and money)

We can discuss price if this would be your preferred option. It all depends on the amount of people that you would be looking to certify (it sometimes is the more cost effective option also) We can even work on a train the trainer & licence option where you receive updates of our latest techniques, methods, research, findings etc electronically to cascade down to whoever may benefit.

I hope that has given you a brief outline of what we can do for you and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Just let me know what part would you like more information around and I will be as informative and helpful as possible for you.

Kind Regards,
